You will provide technical MLOps leadership for a team of MLOps Engineers, where you will manage and lead the team in operating our heterogeneous AI training and inference systems as well as collaborating in the design and build of our AI platform components.

You’ll design and implement secure-by-default infrastructure and services supporting AI/ML workloads. You will collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data engineers, and platform teams to integrate security best practice.

You will develop and maintain the tooling and infrastructure that drives the entire data lifecycle at CZI, from ingestion and processing to secure storage and access. Your work will directly support cutting-edge research, AI model training, and data analysis across the organization.

You will play a key role in streamlining, securing, and optimizing our Payroll, Planning, and Absence management processes through the Workday platform. You will work closely with the Payroll, Finance, and Total Rewards teams and be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating requirements into technical specifications, ensuring compliance with IT security standards, and implementing solutions.

You will be fully integrated into the Investment team’s legal work, partnering closely with investment professionals and outside counsel on the legal aspects of public and private fund investments, co-investments, and related opportunities.

You will partner closely with the Senior Compensation Manager, as well as the People team, Finance, and Business Systems, to deliver high-impact compensation solutions aligned with organizational goals.

You'll partner with AI product and infrastructure teams to identify potential security risks early, assess them in context, and recommend practical mitigations. You will help teams understand security tradeoffs and make informed decisions, while also considering other related risks that affect model safety and responsible deployment.
