You will play a key role in streamlining, securing, and optimizing our Payroll, Planning, and Absence management processes through the Workday platform. You will work closely with the Payroll, Finance, and Total Rewards teams and be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating requirements into technical specifications, ensuring compliance with IT security standards, and implementing solutions.

You will lead media and launch communications strategy for Biohub, overseeing a team of 3–5 communications managers. You will bring strong editorial judgment, a sharp sense of what makes a story compelling, and the ability to shape and secure coverage across both established and emerging channels — from national media and trade press to podcasts, newsletters, YouTube, LinkedIn, Substack, and other influential platforms.

You will own the strategy and management of Biohub’s social channels — figuring out what belongs on which channel, for which audience, and why — while also staying close to the execution and day-to-day rhythm of running our channels

You will collaborate with teams across CZI, including Biohub and Learning Commons. You will help us manage, draft, negotiate, and execute contracts and lead legal projects critical to the success of our strategic mission and operational goals.

You will own the design and delivery of individual systems end-to-end — applications, agents, integrations, and the knowledge infrastructure that turn back-office work into something teams can do faster, better, and with more leverage.

You will help shape the product and application security that protects scientific and educational innovation at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Biohub and Learning Commons.
