Career Opportunities

You will play a key role in streamlining, securing, and optimizing our Payroll, Planning, and Absence management processes through the Workday platform. You will work closely with the Payroll, Finance, and Total Rewards teams and be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating requirements into technical specifications, ensuring compliance with IT security standards, and implementing solutions.

You will be an integral member of team LeGiT, focused on supporting CZI’s tax-exempt organizations, including Chan Zuckerberg Biohub, Inc. (Biohub), Learning Commons, Inc. (LC), and the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative Foundation (CZIF). You will collaborate with scientists, educators, grantmakers, operations staff, and our partners across the enterprise to help ensure we remain in compliance with laws and regulations applicable to tax exempt organizations while pursuing our mission.

You will oversee a team of event professionals, guide the design and delivery of convenings from concept to completion, and ensure every gathering reflects our values of inclusion, purpose, and excellence. You will also play a critical role in scaling our systems, improving processes, and enhancing how we connect and support our growing ecosystem of colleagues, grantees, and collaborators.

You will shape how employees across CZI and Biohub connect to our mission, strategy, and impact—partnering with leaders to deliver clear, engaging internal communications that inform, inspire, and support our work, especially during moments of change.

You will help shape the product and application security that protects scientific and educational innovation at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Biohub and Learning Commons.

You will serve as the executive leader responsible for the product vision, strategy, governance, and execution of CZI’s enterprise platforms across Finance, People, Grants, Contracts (Legal), and Brand & Communications.
