Internship Program
Our internships are 10–12-week programs designed to give students a meaningful, real-world work experience that complements their academic learnings and introduces them to tech philanthropy. After completing the program, interns are able to see the impact their work had in accelerating the progress of building a more inclusive, just future for everyone!

Hear More About Our Intern Program
“The internship program was an incubator for my career. I had a wealth of resources, mentorships, and opportunities that instilled within me the confidence I needed to continue to thrive professionally.”
Ellaine Chou

“By working on a project from end-to-end, learning from leaders across the organization, and gaining exposure to tools that they may not have had access to before, our interns at CZI gain experience that accelerate the start of their careers. It’s always exciting to see everything that previous CZI interns learn and are able to accomplish during their internship.”
