You will partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Accounting Operations, Investments, Ventures, Grants Finance, Legal, Facilities, IT, and external consultants to ensure accurate, efficient, and well-coordinated financial reporting across entities.

You will partner closely with Legal, Security, Facilities, and Biohub Lab Operations to ensure compliance with all applicable CZI, Biohub, OSHA, EPA, Fire/Life Safety, and state and local regulatory requirement

You will set the vision for CZI’s social presence, lead a high‐performing team, and partner closely across communications, marketing, Biohub, and Learning Commons to bring our work to life. This role reports to the VP, Marketing & Operations, and is part of the Marketing & Communications organization.

You will be an integral member of team LeGiT, focused on supporting CZI’s tax-exempt organizations, including Chan Zuckerberg Biohub, Inc. (Biohub), Learning Commons, Inc. (LC), and the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative Foundation (CZIF). You will collaborate with scientists, educators, grantmakers, operations staff, and our partners across the enterprise to help ensure we remain in compliance with laws and regulations applicable to tax exempt organizations while pursuing our mission.

You will lead vendor security risk assessments and drive technical initiatives that strengthen CZI’s Third Party Security program — improving security tooling, processes, and cross-functional coordination across our vendor ecosystem.

You will serve as the executive leader responsible for the product vision, strategy, governance, and execution of CZI’s enterprise platforms across Finance, People, Grants, Contracts (Legal), and Brand & Communications.

You will help shape the product and application security that protects scientific and educational innovation at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Biohub and Learning Commons.
