You will help build AI-powered applications and workflows that enhance investment research, decision-making, and operational efficiency. Working closely with investment and operations professionals, you will develop tools and data solutions that make information more accessible, automate manual processes, and generate actionable insights across the investment lifecycle.

You will play a key role in streamlining, securing, and optimizing our Payroll, Planning, and Absence management processes through the Workday platform. You will work closely with the Payroll, Finance, and Total Rewards teams and be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating requirements into technical specifications, ensuring compliance with IT security standards, and implementing solutions.

You will play a key role in streamlining, securing, and optimizing our Procure to Pay management processes through Workday and Coupa. You will work closely with the Procurement, Finance and Accounting Operations teams and be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating requirements into technical specifications, ensuring compliance with IT security standards, and implementing solutions.

You will serve as a trusted legal partner embedded with science and AI teams across the organization and help teams navigate complex and evolving questions around data use, intellectual property, and AI law—providing practical guidance that enables innovation while managing risk.

You will collaborate with teams across CZI, including Biohub and Learning Commons. You will help us manage, draft, negotiate, and execute contracts and lead legal projects critical to the success of our strategic mission and operational goals.

You will drive Biohub’s brand and creative direction, partnering across marketing, product, and communications to translate complex scientific ideas into compelling campaigns, content, and experiences at scale.

You will play a foundational role in transforming our finance processes — applying AI-enabled tools, intelligent automation, and systems thinking to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scale across recurring workflows and reporting

You will be responsible for helping to prepare and review month end close transactions, assist in various projects and tasks such as internal reporting, process documentation, accounting memorandums, and audit support, and work with various teams at CZI and external partners including FP&A, Accounting Operations, Payroll, Corporate Accounting, Legal, Facilities, IT and external consultants.

You will support scientists, researchers, and staff working in a life sciences laboratory environment, ensuring they have reliable and secure IT systems to enable their work.

You will help shape the product and application security that protects scientific and educational innovation at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Biohub and Learning Commons.

You will manage end-to-end vendor contract workflows across intake, drafting, approvals, and execution — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery while coordinating with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders.
