You will play a key role in streamlining, securing, and optimizing our Payroll, Planning, and Absence management processes through the Workday platform. You will work closely with the Payroll, Finance, and Total Rewards teams and be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating requirements into technical specifications, ensuring compliance with IT security standards, and implementing solutions.

You will lead end-to-end full contract management, advise internal stakeholders on commercial agreements, and lead legal operations initiatives that improve efficiency and support CZI’s scientific and educational missions

You will drive Biohub’s brand and creative direction, partnering across marketing, product, and communications to translate complex scientific ideas into compelling campaigns, content, and experiences at scale.

You will lead Salesforce platform strategy and delivery end-to-end, combining hands-on solution development across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud with roadmap ownership, governance, and AI-enabled automation to build scalable solutions and improve the user experience.

You will help shape the product and application security that protects scientific and educational innovation at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Biohub and Learning Commons.

You will own the design and delivery of individual systems end-to-end — applications, agents, integrations, and the knowledge infrastructure that turn back-office work into something teams can do faster, better, and with more leverage.
