Furthering a napari Plugin for Easy Data Annotation

The AnnotatorJ plugin is intended for image annotation in bioimage analysis and general purpose labelling, such as computer vision applications (e.g. object detection on natural photos). It has been continuously developed since its publication to extend functionality and better fit users’ needs. This project will transform the existing ImageJ/Fiji (Java) plugin AnnotatorJ to napari (Python) so that the software is accessible to a broader range of users.
