Project Summary
Pediatric and adult inflammatory bowel disease have different features of their pathology and response to therapy. This project will expose pediatric patients’ gut samples to different microbes and use single-cell analysis to identify changes in cell interactions and disease progression that may alter the disease’s response to treatments.
