bcbio-nextgen

bcbio-nextgen is a Python-based framework that contains a set of validated, community developed, scalable and reproducible NGS pipelines designed for analysis of high-throughput next generation sequencing data. This project will preserve bcbio-nextgen as a valuable community resource through ongoing maintenance and community support, and add new features that will enhance bcbio-nextgen’s variant calling and epigenomic pipelines.
