Detection and Visualization of Temporal Partitioned Cellular States Using Single-Cell Analysis

To develop a computational analysis framework for generating reference maps using time series single-cell analysis to visualize EMT-tumor transient states and project new static samples on the map.

The Anchang lab provided an interdisciplinary framework and tools to phenotypically characterize clinical samples in the context of in vitro studies, which could help assess the clinical relevance of various biological processes associated with cancer in future studies. They developed a lung cancer reference map, as well as a new method, TRACER, to statistically distinguish between different trajectories without making any pseudo time assumptions (as described in a preprint).
