Developing Robust Methods to Process Solid Tissues for Single-Cell RNA-sequencing

To identify methods of cell and nuclei isolation that are robust across three tissue storage conditions and a number of tissues, with expression changes between storage conditions and processing for single-cells versus single-nuclei.

The Keats lab generated scRNA and snRNA sequencing libraries from blood, lung, liver, and brain samples. They are awaiting results from their final round of experiments where snRNA-seq data were collected using a new protocol. If these data are of a high quality they will repeat these experiments to have replicate samples and investigate additional tissues.
