Single-Cell RNA-seq Analysis of Immune Activation Using Iteratively Adjusted Surrogate Variable Analysis
Focus
Populations
Project Goal
To generate single-cell RNA-seq data under steady-state and immune activation conditions to test the efficacy of our method—iteratively-adjusted surrogate variable analyses—for uncovering genes and cell types associated with diverse immune responses.
Results & Resources
The Ucar lab collected blood from ten healthy individuals to uncover response genes and individual-level responses to immune cell activation at single-cell resolution. They compiled the response gene and protein lists from PAGA-tree and differential gene expression analyses into an open R shiny app that enables other researchers to browse and query their data.
