New Investment in Ellevation Education

We invest in companies and entrepreneurs supporting student learning. Recently, we invested in Ellevation Education, a software platform to support personalized instruction and ELL.

To achieve our mission of giving all children a better education, we make grants to help students access high-quality, personalized learning.

Through Zuckerberg Education Ventures, we also invest in companies and entrepreneurs – in the U.S. and internationally – developing innovative ways to improve student learning and prepare learners for meaningful careers and lifelong success.

We recently invested in Ellevation Education, a software platform that enables educators to personalize instruction and support for English Language Learners, the fastest-growing student population in the United States. With our funding, more students will get the help they need to achieve their highest aspirations.

We are optimistic about improving student outcomes, and will share more on the investments we’re making. We will learn as we go and apply those lessons in the future. And any returns from our investments will be used for additional work to advance our mission.
