Now Open: Breakthrough Junior Challenge

Share

Priscilla Chan and Mark Zuckerberg continues their support for the Breakthrough Junior Challenge.

Priscilla Chan:  In my time working as a teacher, mentor, and tutor, I’ve seen firsthand that there’s no age limit on innovative ideas. That’s why Mark and I support the Breakthrough Junior Challenge through the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative. Now in its second year, the Junior Challenge is open to curious, creative teenagers—we’re looking for original videos from young people that illustrate a concept or theory in the life sciences, physics or math. Submissions are due October 10, and one talented student will win a USD $250,000 scholarship and a new science lab for their school!

We hope the next generation of scientists and filmmakers from around the world will take part in the Breakthrough Junior Challenge, and I’m looking forward to seeing your incredible work. Learn more about how you can get involved at www.breakthroughjuniorchallenge.org
