Detecting and Quantifying Space-Time Correlations in Cell Signaling

The arcos-gui plugin detects and quantifies space-time correlations in signaling within a cell community. The current version of the plugin is a Python-native proof-of-concept implementation of the original algorithm included in the ARCOS package written in R. This project seeks to enhance and document the arcos-gui plugin for automatic recognition of collective signaling in time-lapse images of 2D and 3D cell communities.
