Improving the Layer Table Plugin

The Layer Table Plugin meets a key need of the Napari community to quantify, explore, and curate the results of existing segmentation algorithms. This project will address the current shortcomings of the Layer Table Plugin by extending it to all layer types and increasing its interoperability with other plugins. Additionally, this project will improve the napari event system such that real-time editing including create, read, update, and delete (CRUD) can be easily and dynamically reflected in all plugins. Finally, the project will also implement an undo plugin.
