Maintain 1D Visualization Plugin

This team will design a napari-1D plugin to introduce 1D plotting and provide similar functionality as napari does for 2D and 3D. The plugin will provide a viewer canvas that gives access to speedy interaction and efficient visualisation of typical 1D graphics plots. The group will leverage napari’s layer system, where the user can add multiple layers to the canvas that can be modified, reorganized, toggled on and off, and more. This plugin also provides two-way communication by creating interactive streams between the 1D and 2D/3D canvas (e.g., sub-selecting data points in a scatter plot and corresponding highlighting in the 2D/3D view).
