Project
napari Plugin for Phasor Analysis in Hyperspectral Images
Award
napari Plugin Foundation
Project Summary
Hyperspectral imaging (HSI) is essential in confocal microscopy, with agricultural and industrial applications. However, analyzing HSI data can be challenging, demanding command of both scientific knowledge and software.
This project will develop a Phasor plot plugin for napari, which will perform phasor analysis on microscopy HSI. The plugin’s simple rules and straightforward approach will enable cell biologists to quantify and segment cells and tissues according to their fluorescence spectrum at the single-pixel level. The plugin will also allow users to interact and manipulate data without software programming knowledge.
