Project
Registration of Regions of Interest in Time-Lapse Data
Award
napari Plugin Foundation
Project Summary
Registration and analysis of time-lapse acquisition are required for the study of all dynamic biological processes. The napari-roi-registration plugin allows the registration of multiple regions of interest acquired in widefield time-lapse microscopy, but the analysis widget is still limited to the extraction of intensities and ROI displacements.
This project will enhance the plugin with support for multichannel acquisition and extraction of quantitative information. Additionally, this team will release more detailed documentation and produce sample datasets to demonstrate typical case studies with the goal of increasing usability.
