The Way We Work
CZI understands that people's lives are multifaceted — you have friends, family, and community commitments that drive the way you live your life, both in and outside of work. CZI offers three work modes to support flexible work as a benefit for our employees and as a way to open up our ability to hire great talent from around the country.

As the future of work evolves, so do we. We have a hybrid model with multiple work options for employees — which we are calling work modes.
Onsite
Applying for a role that requires you to be onsite with your team? Work from one of our amazing offices.
Flex
Applying for a role that requires you to be onsite two or more times each week? Or just prefer a mix of being onsite and working from home? Create a flex approach that works for you and your team!
Remote
Work from home! If your role doesn’t require you to be in the office, you can work remotely from anywhere in the United States. You will travel to Redwood City for occasional onsite/office visits.

How It Works

Onsite — These roles are site-based at one of our offices.
Open to Flex — These roles are open to flex mode, but not open to be fully remote.
Open to Remote — These roles are eligible for all three work modes available to you at CZI (Remote, Flex, or Onsite).
