Project Goal

To develop statistical models for identifying the subset of cell types and genes that are affected by perturbations in case-control single-cell experiments, and to generate a benchmark dataset for validating such models.

Results & Resources

The Quon lab developed scAlign, a computational method for aligning and integrating multiple scRNA-seq datasets. scAlign can be used to integrate datasets measuring similar catalogs of cell types across batches, conditions, tissues or species, and is available both on github and as a Bioconductor R package.
