Human Cell Atlas Methods Registry
Focus
Portals
Project Goal
To work with the community to define standards for sharing tertiary analysis, nucleate a small set of standardized tools, design a registry to list standardized tools, and demonstrate the use of standardized tools.
Results & Resources
The Tickle group worked extensively on the Human Cell Atlas Methods Registry, a space for methodologists to share analysis tools and visualization in a way that communicates to software engineers. They drafted standards to describe entries so that software engineers could take these methods and incorporate them into their own software solutions. The fully integrated registry enables self-service submission as well as community portals.
