Non-Enzymatic Exponential Signal Amplification Probes for RNA in situ Hybridization

Focus Technology Development

Project Goal

To develop a method to exponentially amplify RNA signals in situ (clampFISH) without the need for enzymes, yielding ultra-bright signals for gene expression imaging.

Results & Resources

Labs interested in implementing clampFISH can access a collection of resources from the Raj lab including an experimental protocol, spot counting software, probe design software, and a preprint describing their work.
