Optimized Isolation and Visualization of Human Skin Cells

To optimize the collection, isolation, and visualization of cells from healthy human skin.

During this project, the Watt lab optimized protocols for analysis of skin tissue. They developed a robust protocol for isolating all cells from human skin punch biopsies, as well as protocols for determining the spatial relationships of cells within intact skin based on antibody labeling and in situ transcriptional profiling.
