Search Tools for Larger scRNA-seq References
Focus
Portals
Project Goal
To develop algorithms and software implementations that will allow for fast queries of large collections of RNA-seq datasets.
Results & Resources
The Hemberg Lab developed scfind and scover to develop efficient computational tools to facilitate access and exploration of large and complex single-cell datasets. Scfind is a search engine that makes insights from single-cell data more easily discoverable, while scover works to identify the most important regulatory elements for a given dataset.
