Strategies for Lineage Trajectory Reconstruction with Single-Cell Multiomic Data

To provide a reference multiomic dataset to develop computational methods, develop STREAM as well epigenomic data, and enable a platform for the HCA community with clear metrics and data formats to evaluate methods for lineage reconstruction.

This project generated a multiomic benchmark data set that captures cell differentiation dynamics and developed a new computational tool to visualize differentiation using various data types. The tool, STREAM, is openly available and described in this preprint.
