Generic Segmentation Tool For Different Modalities

This project will develop a generic segmentation tool able to segment cells imaged via different imaging modalities with membrane/cytoplasm/nuclei markers. The plugin will additionally  fuse different views coming out of light sheet imaging to create a fused view of the raw and segmented images . The team will improve the user experience by extending the standard Jupyter Notebook environment to that of a napari plugin environment. Once complete, the project aims to host training about the new plugin and spread awareness of napari and its capabilities.
