Open Molecular Software Foundation

The Open Molecular Software Foundation (OMSF) is a nonprofit organization with a mission to facilitate cross-institutional collaboration and accelerate scientific, technical, and commercial progress through rapid development and dissemination of high-quality, open source research software in computational molecular sciences. This project will fund a community manager to connect and integrate with neighboring projects and efforts in the open source community, as well as fund in-person events to strengthen the relationship between OMSF team members and collaborators from industry and academia.
