Project
Neuroscience relies heavily on histology, from traditional staining of thin sections to more recently developed methods such as tissue clearing. Many tools have been developed to process data from single modalities, but we do not yet have a framework to integrate this data. This proposal will build on the BrainGlobe suite of software tools to expand the neuroanatomical analysis capabilities of napari, a multidimensional image viewer.
