Globalization of CGAP to Advance Genome Medicine

Project CGAP
Funding Cycle 5

Proposal Summary

To inspire a diverse global community to collaborate in genome medicine, research, and education by packaging CGAP’s portal and cloud infrastructure as self-serve, orchestrated, open source software.

Project

CGAP

The Clinical Genome Analysis Platform (CGAP) is an open source and cloud-based software ecosystem for whole-genome sequencing (WGS) data analysis, including visualization, interpretation, and reporting. This project will develop, tune, and package CGAP’s “infrastructure as code” technology, focusing on self-serve, automated orchestration and deployment at multiple independent sites. This will eventually enable broader deployment of CGAP.
