To develop scalable and multiplexed protein imaging of large volumes of human tissues.

This project used CODEX to compare the tissue architecture of tumors at different disease stages and across human pancreatic cancer types. They produced an openly available protocol for CODEX, as well as a preprint on this method detailing the architecture of the human spleen.
