Cellbench: Generating Data and Software for Comparing Single-Cell Analysis Methods

To create a benchmark data set and analysis platform that allows for an unbiased comparison of single-cell RNA-sequencing analysis methods.

The Ritchie lab generated a series of benchmark datasets for single-cell gene expression across multiple platforms to test various analysis tasks, including normalization, imputation, clustering, trajectory analysis and integration. They developed CellBench, a R package, to facilitate the combinatorial aspect of this testing.
