Enhanced, Massively Parallel, and Multimodal Profiling for the Human Cell Atlas
Focus
Immune
Project Goal
To establish best practices, benchmark, and provide open-source analysis tools for CITE-seq, a new technology for massively parallel and multimodal single-cell profiling.
Results & Resources
Any lab interested in implementing CITE-Seq now has access to open experimental protocols, a python tool for pre-processing multimodal data (CITE-seq-Count), integration with the Seurat R toolkit, and a vignette demonstrating the analysis workflow. Additionally, CITE-seq and CellHashing, a multiplexing approach using CITE-Seq, have preprints describing the work.
