Project Goal
To provide R / Bioconductor software to provide coherent programmatic interface to the HCA, and to enable scalable interactive statistical analysis of single-cell data.
Results & Resources
The Marioni group developed efficient tools for ensuring large matrices can be effectively and efficiently manipulated and analyzed within Biocondctor. They built upon, extended and maintained the existing packages BeachMat, dropletUtils, and scran.
