Image Data Resources and Applications for the Human Cell Atlas

To build open image data publication resources for the Human Cell Atlas.

The Swedlow lab collaborated and made significant contributions to the starfish project, helping shape the SpaceTx file format and use of Zarr. Additionally, they created the spacetx-fov-writer which provides an end-user mechanism to transfer any of the many proprietary file formats supported by Bio-Formats into the SpaceTx file format.
