Probabilistic Methods for Cell Classification

To develop and support a suite of probabilistic analysis methods for analysis of single-cell and in situ RNA-seq data.

The Harris lab focused on expanding existing software to in situ transcriptomics and developed an online data viewer for in situ cell calling. The source code is openly available, as well as an implementation of the data viewer using data collected by Mats Nilsson’s group.
