Results & Resources
The Rigollet lab developed a novel conceptual and mathematical framework for understanding the temporal dynamics of development based on snapshots of expression profiles from heterogeneous cell populations undergoing dynamic transitions. They implemented this framework in a software package, Waddington-OT, with step-by-step tutorials.
