Project Summary
napari meets the requirements for biological images, including the ability to handle multi-channel images, create segmentation annotations, and point annotations. However, there is no output function for connecting to machine learning, and box annotations cannot be freely created.
This project will create a plugin that fulfills the various annotation tool functions required for machine learning, so that more users can freely create annotations and use deep learning and other machine learning techniques.
