Annotation Toolbox for General 2+D Image Segmentation

Current software lacks proper documentation and does not utilize test automation, which makes usage of the existing plugin difficult and unstable.

This project will provide software for 2+ dimensional image annotation, which enhances the speed of labeling utilizing object selection and (semi-)automatic methods using both simple and more enhanced algorithms.
