Project
GEM-Spa: Single-Particle Tracking and Analysis in napari
Award
napari Plugin Foundation
Project Summary
A framework to understand the physical properties of materials through the motion of embedded particles already exists — but it isn’t accessible through napari. This project will develop an easy-to-use napari plugin to track particles, analyze their motion, and visualize results, allowing biologists to easily extract quantitative biophysical information about cells.
