napari-annotatorj: Easy Image Labeling in napari

The napari-annotatorj plugin was developed to aid 2D image annotation, introducing user-friendly convenience functions and one-click annotations via deep learning model-based predictions. The plugin is frequently used in labs’ experimental projects to create segmentation and classification training data or validate/benchmark method performance in single-cell analysis research and patient diagnosis.

This project will further work on the plugin, with improvements in documentation, video tutorials and user guides, tests, and other extended functionality. This project will additionally create a conda-forge version of the plugin.
