napari-micromanager Plugin for Custom Microscope Control

The napari-micromanager plugin brings together the power of python-based image visualization and the analysis capabilities of napari with MicroManager, a widely used C++ and Java-based stable open-source software for image acquisition and control of microscopes. This project will primarily focus on improving the GUI components of the napari-micromanager plugin and creating extensive documentation on how to use it.
