Real-time Monitoring of Fluorescent Microscopy Sequencing Runs

Award napari Plugin Accelerator

Project Summary

This project aims to democratize access to tools and help more advanced users to highly customize their equipment for purpose-specific, closed-loop experimentation. This team will build an integrated solution to create sequencing runs, monitor run status, and analyze sequencing data for quality control.

The immediate goal of this project seeks to provide a proof-of-concept API that ties together µLRM, ImSwitch, and TissUUmaps through a napari plugin. To ensure the growth of the tool and its capacity to advance imaging research, this group will recruit candidates to become long-term contributors to the software, ensuring continuity and stability in open-source development. The project will provide a powerful framework for deploying closed-loop, real-time imaging with trained networks.
