A Data-Driven Approach to Understanding Liver and Lung Diseases

Inflammation is a descriptive term associated with many diseases that affect all organs. This project takes an ambitious data-driven approach to understanding complex liver and lung diseases — the underlying causes of which are unclear. The team will collect many samples to better understand complex cellular interactions and clinical features that will help explain individual diseases and commonalities within and across tissues.
