Proposal Summary
To enable interactive analysis and exploration of phylogenetic data at the genomics and metagenomics scale.
Project
ETE is a Python programming library that facilitates the automated analysis and visualization of phylogenomic data. This project aims to improve the functionality for handling and visualizing large phylogenomic data, especially from metagenomics, single-cell analysis, and other related areas. Training materials and courses will be also developed as part of the project.
