Protégé is the most widely used open source platform for ontology engineering in the world, with two separate open source systems: Desktop Protégé, which is used for editing ontologies locally, and WebProtégé, which is a cloud-based ontology editor. This project will work to develop new mechanisms for WebProtégé to integrate with the Ontology-Development Kit (ODK), which is a collection of ontology-engineering tools that provide automated support and integration with GitHub.
