Proposal Summary
To better serve biomedical applications, SciPy will add important new features, perform essential maintenance, and disseminate the work to biomedical researchers and software developers.
Project
This proposal will improve SciPy functions used by biomedical software tools, enhance SciPy functionality used directly by biomedical researchers, and perform general maintenance of the SciPy codebase. Additionally, new work and results will be disseminated to biomedical researchers via SciPy documentation biomedical examples and tutorials, and improvements will be presented at conferences.
