Project
This project will extend DIPY’s capabilities, including improving and extending the Image/Streamline/Point-based Registration Framework and providing robust applications in biomedical imaging and 2D/3D microscopy. Additionally, the project will integrate parallel computing, and strengthen maintenance, documentation, and education around DIPY.
